Bringing home an old Willys has always been a dream of mine since I bought my first Jeep. Always wanted one of those cool Army Jeeps I saw in books and loved the flat fender look. I have always been on the look out for a '43 Willys MB, but when I came across a 1948 CJ2a sitting on the side of the highway at some shop for months on end... I had to have it. Took me a while to actually get a hold of anyone at the shop, but when I did I showed up with cash! After trying to low ball, I ended up paying $1800 for this:

As you will see... it needed a lot of love and care. This is not a full ground up restoration, but a bring back to original and drive it project. I started this over 7 years ago and and has been a lot of work. However, Even though it has come a LONG way, we are not even close to done.
